Honeydew Health has grown from over ten years of experience in the absence management business. During this time we’ve seen absence move to the top of company and government agendas alike. And increased awareness has developed around the need to manage absence as a strategic cost matter. We’ve also noticed that “absence management” carries a serious and often negative connotation. Honeydew Health is committed to rejuvenating the sector and creating a shift in how absence is perceived and approached. You will notice that we will never call ourselves an “absence management” company. Honeydew focuses on “attendance management” and has designed an integrated and mutually reinforcing service offering to ensure the emphasis remains on creating an environment full of happy, healthy and productive employees.
